Oh Carlitos. . False advertising got me. The pictures of the tacos are not what you’ll receive. First of all, there was shredded cheddar cheese which is not the business on tacos I like. . With iceberg lettuce to top it off. If you add a hard shell you could get it at Taco Bell. First time ordering and I was stoked, huge let down. .

My family owns this resturant. We’ve been in business for over 38 years for a reason! We’re not prefect but we try to give the best service to everyone who comes in. We are a small business, so we are a little more than your average Pollo Loco. But we make everything in house and cook to order! Give us a try and I think you won’t regret it.

I’ve been getting lunch here off and on for nearly two decades. Some of the food is different than you’d expect, but in a really good way! Staff are always friendly, and they genuinely care about their customers. Chicken here is amazing, but I’ve never been disappointed by anything I’ve ordered. Great food!

If i could give zero I would. I have not been here in over 10 years, i remember this was the best chicken place in town. Today I stopped by after my split shift and the chicken was overly cooked and dry, the rice was clumpy and had no sabor de pollo whatsoever just totally bland. The same as the beans no flavor at all.. Sorry carlitos chicken you lost your touch. This will be the last time I pit stop there. P.s I also ordered the 3 street taco plate and i was expecting the pollo cut up into little pieces in a taco but instead it was shredded chicken with a weird seasoning flavor. Please no!

I have been going there for many years on and off, the last time I had a bad experience, the chicken was dry and the service was rude. I ask for a container to take the salsa home that I had already paid. She said I couldn’t have a small container, and I wasn’t so post to take the salsa. And when I said this not the way to treat your costumers, she said she had been doing this for 40 years. And I was wrong.

Directly discriminates against against certified service dog! I am in a wheelchair from a snowboarding accident, paralyzed from the neck down. To be fair, I cannot give a review on the food as the woman in charge of the front of the restaurant(part owner and wife to the cook, who is also the owner) took one look at my certified service dog and refused to serve me and told me to leave their establishment.(certified through Canine companions of America at an estimated cost to $50,000 for training. Capable of opening doors, picking up and carry items, pushing crosswalk buttons, barking for alarm, etc.)
