Hands down the BEST Mixican food I’ve ever had! Had the Chile Verde burrito which was HUGE! Food was excellent, as was the service. Very friendly and attentive staff. Well organized for the dinner party of about 20 people. Highly recommend!!

What a great surprise this restaurant is once you get thru the doors!! All our meals were excellent!! It was so great to get an amazing frozen margaritas you could actually taste some tequila in! So good! Our waitress and staff were very friendly and accommodating! The decor in this restaurant is beautiful, authentic, colorful and comfortable.

Carlito’s was suggested while in Red Bluff for the Fair. What a wonderful surprise! While walking into the restaurant we got the feeling of being in Mexico. The interior was gorgeous with beautiful tile work and art everywhere. The room was large and had booths as well as tables and chairs very well done. Service was on point and very attentive. Food was very good and portions large. One of the best Mexican restaurants and meals we’ve had. Very reasonable for dinner and did not leave hungry. Definitely recommend. Every employee we talked with was very nice and seemed to enjoy their job and working here. Will definitely go again when in Red Bluff area.

For a Friday after the lunch time rush, the service was poor, but the food was good. Chips and salsa were great, but then the waitress gave us the food, we asked for more napkins and she offer to bring us more salsa. Never saw her again until the end when it was time for us to pay. She had a few other people to wait on, but it was as if she was avoiding us. Probably won’t be back. There are other choices that are better in my opinion. 3 stars only because of the food, service needs help-

Tableside guacamole was good. Tortilla soup tasted stale. At first thecwaiteess seemed to not believe me but then came back and said the chef tried it and agreed. They ended up taking it off our bill.

Absolutely the best Mexican restaurant in the North state. Best service ever. Everything is authentic. From the decor to what the employees wear. The food is fabulous and be sure to be ready to carry half home. And if you like guacamole, you have to order it. It’s made fresh table side exactly how you want it.
