The young man behind the counter was very polite and had a great sense of humor. He greeted us with a smile. We went in for the Tuesday special, one cheese pie, baked ziti, one hero and a salad. We added a second hero, there were six of us for dinner and there was more than enough food.

The owner is a scammer. His website shows a combo for $29.95 and he insisted on charging me $34.95. He didn’t care what his website shows. When I told him I’m contacting consumer affairs for false advertisement he said ok and hung up on me. There’s plenty of other pizzerias in the area who don’t try to rip their customers off and treat them with respect. Never again!

The food here is great, but the doordash online menu needs serious work. You all need to add a section for pastas and heroes. If you did that, I would order from here more often. I know plenty of others who would do the same.

They refried the chicken so it tastes bad. Garlic knots tasted like bread with garlic on top. That’s it. They are underneath new ownership so the recipes are not as good. I wish the old owners never sold the place.

Twice I’ve eaten there and twice I’ve been truly impressed with both the food and the service. The area is saturated with pizza joints, but this one is gonna get my business from now on. Menu items include your standard array of regular and specialty slices including Sicilian, grandma, white, Buffalo, barbecue and my personal favorite the chicken Marsala. Various rolls and calzones (standard and deep fried) round out the lineup. Even with all those choices, the standard slice is the standout star. A golden browned crisp but tender crust, with a perfect sauce/cheese ratio counter cut into big slices Bronx style. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, reminiscent of the neighborhood pizza shop I walked to in my youth. 10/10, would Bronx again.

Being born and raise from the bronx, I must text I had a sense of nostalgia when I was eating my chicken fingers with french fries that was delivered to me. It taste like I was 14 age going to my favorite pizza place (with the arcade systems) after school.
