What a wonderful experience it has been to come eat here. Incredible desserts and the sauces in their dishes were phenomenal. It’s a shame someone couldn’t take over. Great place to go for good food and meeting. Call to make a reservation but no answer, not long they returned my call and made a reservation. Ample parking available. Walked in and received a friendly welcome. Table ready and clean. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Explaining everything and cleaned the table regularly. Would strongly suggest it but be sure it is not cheap place but definitely on standard with the menu.

I had an excellent experience here! The atmosphere, service and food was well worth the price! Food came out pretty quick and flavors were unique. I enjoyed every moment and the view is spectacular. My server truly went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were enjoying ourselves. Will certainly recommend this place to anyone!

Celebrated a friend’s birthday at Carlos last night. The views from the outdoor patio seating and the main dining area are just wonderful. Our friend had the shrimp and lobster which he enjoyed. I had the Veal Picatta which was excellent. Best I have had in Roanoke. Service was great. The menu here is sure to please most taste. Wine prices are a little high. You should certainly give Carlos a try.

Pretty disappointed between service and food. Waitress was rude at first but then it felt like she was trying to make up for it. Drinks took over 15 mins to come sometimes when ordered… The filet and sides had zero flavor. Steak was cooked perfectly but nothing had any taste. Potatoes tasted like they were just tossed in water and boiled and green beans could have been out of a freezer bag. At least the views are pretty from the restaurant!
