Ordered a medium round pepperoni with extra sauce. Have no idea what happened to the dough , must have been frozen because it was flat as a pancake. No extra sauce. My steak mushroom and cheese sub was absolutely awful. The bun was burnt and soak n wet when it arrived. Not to mention waited over and hour and a 1/2 for a delivery a mile and a half down the road Tried to call the store 4x and they would not answer my call. Definitely calling to get a refund , not worth 35$

The first time I stopped in Carlos it was a wonderful experience I believe it was the manager he did a great job the food was great and that was probably about 12:00 or 1:00 p.m. for lunch the next time I stopped in was probably around 6:00 pm for dinner I got the same sub that I ordered before there was a group of young kids or working or seem to be young kids the food did not come out the same very disappointing what’s up was supposed to be hot which when I received it was cold I had to come home and place it in my oven before I could eat it I ordered anchovies and they just piled raw anchovies on top uncooked the sub was soggy from all of the dressing they placed on it it was leaking through the bag so word of advice if you go go where the managers there but do not go after that

Animus phone receptor/reception – quite rude/trite and focused on his thoughts and what they don’t have. Should have quit there, but placed an order for delivery, that was guaranteed within an hour. Called back after 1:35 and was told it would be another 25 mins.

Used to love this place. The last two times I ordered my order was wrong. I called back because I ordered a deep dish. The manager tells me he can’t remake my pizza, just because of the shape. Like what the heck. How annoying. Carlos is known for there deep dish. I just wanted what I ordered. It’ll be my last time going, unfortunately.

I ignore the 20 pizza places that are much closer to my home in favor of Carlos S. River. I prefer the square, fatter crust. My mum prefers the round, thinner crust. We compromise & alternate. They’re both delicious. Toppings are always generous. I’ve been loyal for the last 10 years & will continue to be so until I win the lottery & open a cat sanctuary in Hawaii.

We been getting pizza out of here the past few months. We got a salad last night and was charged almost $6 more than what their flyer listed and store board. Wife went back and they said that’s the price we were charged is the price. We will never get food from there again.

Oh my God!!! This is my first time ordering from Carlo’s, the garlic bread is the best I’ve ever had. Pizza was tasty too, the bread, crust, cheese and sauce tastes delicious. Pizza bread was cooked perfectly.

I waited for over fifteen minutes in the lobby, I was told repeatedly that my order would be coming out of the oven momentarily and then all of a sudden they realized they had it complete and sitting on the heat rack for god knows how long. When I finally got to eat, the pizza was soggy and room temperature.
