First time coming here, Carlos Pizza puts a generous amount of cheese and toppings on their pies. This is a 14 inch sausage pepperoni mushroom pizza I really like the dough is crispy on the outside and still soft on the inside.

Ordered a pizza and some wings. Not a hard order. All that was asked is that the pizza not have mushrooms on it because my family members are allergic. The order took almost an hour even though the establishment is less than 2 miles away. The order came. And sure enough. Tons of freakin mushrooms. Will NOT be recommending to my friends and will not be ordering again. The lady who had answered the phone for the order was chalk full of attitude.

Not impressed at all. They offer pan square pizza by the slice but when I went to order one they were out of ALL of them. Ok, annoying but I got a mediocre slice of pepperoni for lunch and moved on. Then Ordered a tiramisu. To my surprise the tiramisu I ordered was ROCK SOLID FROZEN. Who serves someone a rock solid frozen piece of cake? There were visible frozen ice crystals on it. This was all through the drive though. First time there. Will definitely be my last.

Over a $70 order and all the subs looked like this. Then they told us 45 minutes and it takes almost two hours and we gave you a $5 dollar tip so after taxes and all over $80. This is not acceptable at all.

I ordered a $30 pizza it was a 14 in. The pizza arrives and is cold….the cheese is literally firm. My husband calls to inform them and was treated with hostility and attitude. He was asked questions that had already been answered which tells me the person who answered wasn’t listening! My husband was told “I’m not sending you another pizza if you’ve eaten some”. EXCUSE ME? $30 for a pizza and you’re telling me your not going to replace it because i ate 1 slice? We were promised a new pizza and told not to eat anymore. Needless to say I wasn’t happy with his experience and called back for the manager. The OWNER who he spoke to saw nothing wrong with the way she handled our complaint. My order a few weeks ago was also cold because the driver got lost so I lost it and cussed her out! You won’t get 3 strikes!

The used to have fantastic pizza but lately the pizzas haven’t been hot at all. Not nearly enough sauce and to make matters worse lately they haven’t been answering their phones on Sundays and Mondays. If that’s not bad enough, today (Tuesday) the phone kept disconnecting.

We ordered Carlos pizza a few months ago and again today. The pizza was very delicious this time and last time. We order thick crust don’t think we got that. We also ordered the cinnamon bites. Well I was very disappointed in them today. Last time we ordered them they were so awesomely good. You could taste the cinnamon oh so well. This time they barely had anything on them. We tired to doctor them up but I was still so disappointed in them. Asked for root beer and got Pepsi luckily, I like them both. Kind of disappointing today.
