Second visit to this location in a week which is unusual for us but we had coupons! This place has good food but it’s untidy. Baby boosters were crusty. It wasn’t very busy and it was early lunchtime and both times the lobby and the bathrooms looked like yesterday’s mess! It’s Moore so you kinda expect a little more…

Neither one of the drink dispensers or ice machines work. I had to ask for a cup of ice. The bathrooms was out of paper towels in the sink in urinal were nasty and dusty. It seemed like this was something I wished I had known before I went in and sat down. I wonder if the nastiness experience throughout the building. I will not be back to this one and help you find somewhere else to eat as well. I see why a lot of people were using the pick up delivery service, but have they been inside and saw how bad this place is.

Sunday night around 9 o’clock July 23, 2023. I went through the drive-through whoever was working drive-through that night Musta had a bad day was very rude could not hear her at all and instead of saying would you like anything else she said, what else would never come back to the Carl’s Jr. in more went to the Jack-in-the-Box across the street. They were very polite. Save your money for Jack-in-the-Box way better service.

I love the staff and the food at this location, 19th St in Moore, OK. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. It’s like seeing friends every time I go. It’s not listed below for breakfast but I always get the Breakfast Burger combo. It literally fills me up until dinner. It’s breakfast and lunch rolled into one.

I haven’t eaten at Carl’s Jr in years because the service is awful, however I recently moved and thought I’d try this location. I checked online at Carl’s Jr website to see if i had enough time to order since it was 10:30. The website says they close at 12. So I placed an online order. I arrived at 1048 and nobody would answer the speaker box. So I drove to the window when I got to the window at 10:54 I was greeted by an angry older lady on 05/19/23 who very rudely said next time get here earlier , you were this close to not getting your food, so I said well Carl’s Jr website says you close at midnight and so does google and she said we are a franchise and close when we want. Then shut the window in my face. She bagged my food which was already made BEFORE 11. There was a line behind me of people she wouldn’t take an order for. I never order food if a place is closing in 30 mins but still, you are OPEN until the clock hits the exact time you close and being rude to customers because your website isn’t accurate is a bit crazy. Google takes two seconds to change

The lady that runs the drive through window is so unkind and it is obvious that she hates everyone why comes here. I waited for 10 minutes at the menu board before I was even said anything to and the anger in her voice, I think she needs to find a job not facing customers. I don’t normally leave reviews but since they put this paper asking for one here we go. This place has horrible customer service. I can be the only one pulling up to the drive only to be told to hold on for a sec. “no welcome to Carl’s” jest hold on. 5 minutes later I get what do you want. It there is much more but I gotta get back to work.

The ex meth heads they have running this place are super rude and unprofessional. They never answer the drive through if it’s 20 minutes till closing? The ppl inside will hide to avoid taking a customer. Who ever owns this place needs to quit being cheap and hire better management and employees.

It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at this Carl’s Jr, but it’s bad right now. I’d highly advise avoiding this one for now. I got the Western burger and the onion rings were hard as rocks. A couple workers (supervisor and worker?) got into a yelling match at the register.
