We generally Love Carl’s Jr. After we ordered and nobody was inside that was waiting for food and it took 15 mins to make simply 2 burgers. My husband went up and asked about our food and found it sitting up there. All the lady said was, ” sorry I’m new” Are you kidding me??!! You work in a food industry..That was an awful response.. Some tables were dirty as well. Overall service wasn’t happy or helpful.

Today I was waited on at the drive through window by young lady named Clarissa. She was incredibly nice and really quick to get my order to me. And she asked if I wanted barbecue sauce, ketchup or, ranch with my fries. Since the fries were for my son, who was not with me, I asked if I could just have all three since I didn’t know what he would like most. So she kindly gave me all three! The thing I like the most about this Carl’s Jr location is how friendly people always are when I go through the drive-thru. We both had the Diablo Burger (I’m not sure that’s actually what it’s called.) today, mine was a low carb variety so I had it wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun, that was still fantastic! I definitely want to come back and get that burger again so I hope it stays on the menu for a while! Spicy!

The last few times going to the only location in Owasso the manager there has been unbelievably rude. Numerous times we are not able to enter our code for rewards on our receipts it says the code had been redeemed. When calling the manager says she is busy and does not have time for a call. Recently we went on a Friday and witnessed a lady mad due to waiting for a long time in drive through and watching lots of cars get their orders. The workers were kind and helped the lady. The upset lady left mad and the manager came running out yelling thank you have a nice day being obnoxious and rude about it. It is always the same manager older lady colored hair lots of tattoos. Something really needs addressed at this location.

Clarissa is a super star herself. She is so friendly and always gets the order correct. Actually the entire staff at the Owasso store is Awesome. The breakfast biscuits are Outstanding and always fresh.

Robert and Joseph were working a skeleton crew and were phenomenal! Very very sweet and diligent. Robert was working both drive thru and the front end. Joseph was handling all the food!!! Give these guys a raise, they were doing the job of 4 people! Thank you Carls Jr Owasso!

I just went there today to get the new Beyond Burger. I have been vegetarian for 4 years and I am so excited that there is options now at places like this, and it was delicious. If you tasted you will hardly be able to tell the difference between it and real meat.
