This was my first time eating here. Unfortunately I was not able to dine in due to short staffing. I ordered a meal at the drive-through and asked for mayonnaise and cheese to be taken off. When I noticed that mayonnaise was on the burger I made a brief remark about it and immediately another one was made instead. I appreciated the promptness and positive spirit. What I saw was two young men trying to do a really good job and ensuring that their customer is happy. They are hustlers! I’ll come here anytime if David and La’mar are in the kitchen. Thanks guys!

I already love Carl’s Jr. As is and this particular one was absolutely amazing the service was incredible and the food was freshly made and hot I had fried zucchini and it was perfect and it didn’t taste like metal like most that I’ve tasted from other places. I have visited this restaurant before and never had a issue. This last time I went will be my last time. I waited in line for 10 minutes to receive a cheeseburger that was slopped together with only 2/3 a patty. I was the only customer in line when I ordered and there’s just no excuse for poor service. I hope they get it together and do better.

No one was at the drive thru. 2 cars in front of me and 2 cars behind me left the line because it was taking so long. I ordered a ,philly cheese steak wrap. On the commercial it was a flour tortilla with a hamburger patty and a lot of Philly cheese steak. I got big piece of lettuce with a hamburger patty and about a tablespoon of cheese steak. I paid $8.74. not a happy camper!

I went here for breakfast and man was I disappointed. I ordered a “loaded” breakfast burrito and if this is what they call “loaded” I would hate to see a regular one. It had egg and a few crumbs of sausage with a couple shreds of cheese. Also the burrito was the size of a small taco. It was missing so many other things that it should of come with. Oh yeah! ALSO I sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes for this so called “loaded burrito”. Come on Carl’s Jr. Do better.

Ordered a steakburger with A-1 sauce. Wasn’t anything to brag about. Order took awhile because apparently they were short staffed. If you don’t want whipped cream on your shake be sure sure to tell them because they won’t ask if you want it on there or not. And ask for ketchup because they won’t add any to the bag.
