Carl’s Jr employees cannot physically make a burger without cheese. This is the 4th time at the establishment and the 4th time I have asked for a double hamburger with no cheese. Every thing on the menu has cheese, I don’t want cheese so I order it with no cheese, the guy repeats no cheese 3 times while making eye contact. Every single time it comes out with double cheese. I’m never coming back, I hate you.

A good place to stop while on the road. This place seemed clean and the cashier was friendly and helpful. Incredibly efficient, I received my order before I even made it to the fountain drink station. Burger and fries were far better than McDonald’s too. Toppings seemed fresh, as you can see even the lettuce was still green.

I want to give a shout out to Jasmine working at the Carl’s Jr. As busy as this place got (while I dined in), she never lost her cool. She was training a new hire, shouting out orders to the cooks, walking orders to tables, fixing mistakes by the new hire, being cashier, making drinks and shakes. I mean, this girl was doing it all flawlessly and in such a respectable manner. I hope Carl’s Jr. recognizes her because if she comes to realize she is going above and beyond for this restaurant without the recognition she deserves, I hope she reads this post. YOU GO GIRL!

Staff rushed us while ordering. Very short and condescending at the window. I ordered a double meat burger and got a hot chicken sandwich slathered in Mayo on a hot summer day in Ft Stockton Texas! No way was I going to put my foot in that trap. Fed it to the Coyotes 5 miles west of town. Complete waste of fuel, time and money going to this place.

The food was nasty. I got a burger, and it just fell apart. The fries had no salt, and the ranch had chunks in it. My dad got a chicken sandwich, and it was raw and gross. When I was driving home this is not what I wanted in my stomach for the next 14 hours.
