Ordered 2 breakfast burritos. I only got 1 burrito. Figured I’d go in the next day and bring up the issue, to get my second burrito. I was told I could not get my burrito. This is unprofessional. I am a frequent customer. They are going to lose business from me. Not to mention I was there on multiple occasions and heard other complaints on them forgetting something on someone’s order. Along with the manager giving one of the employees attitude, telling them to clock out. I felt like that is something they could have pulled them in the back for.

Carl’s Jr is my favorite fast-food burger place. They offer tons of choices in burgers, plus they have great chicken tenders (better than the competition), chicken sandwiches, salads, ice cream items, and every popular soft drink you could think of. They also have a roomy dining area . . . AND a playground for customers with young children! Beats the pants off of Mickey-D’s!! 🙂

The service varies upon whom is working, i received some good service and bad service, but was not given fresh hot coffee without asking and the cashier had a problem giving it to me. I feel like someone is watching me closely when i go in, I hate that alot of terrorists from Columbus, Ohio are coming there to put food bombs in my cinnamon bun. I am a single African -American woman from out of state and I hope to get treated fairly and equally in the future.

Order taker got my order wrong, after I repeated it 3 time. Took 20 min for my order to to be brought out. The burgers are cold the fries are under-reported and cold. The tea is unsweetened. I ended up eating the fries alone. Not too good.
