The fries are decent, but the burgers are really greasy at this location, the jalapeno Angus burger is really watery/greasy which makes the bun super soggy. This is not my 1st time here, but it will be my last.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. Do not visit this location. Preordered online, supposedly ready in 5 minutes. Walked in and “Edmundo” was angry that the drinks were wrong. Online option defaults to Coke, so you better want Coke or you will get berated by Edmundo if you want something else. I said, ok then refund my ordee, and he said I could refill them at the fountain myself. Which I did. He then proceeded to ignore me waiting for my order for another 5 mins. Stuffed three orders in one paper bag. I checked and of course items are missing. He turns around and ignores me another 5 mins until I loudly yell EXCUSE ME to get someone’s attention. I tell him I’m missing all sauces and an order of fries. He fights me saying I didn’t order sauces-I did. I ordered strips and stars. He finally chexks my order and sees I am right so he gives me the sauces. Then leaves. I ask for another bag, again ignores me. Another employee finally offers me a bag. Save your money and time. Horrendous service and their “tenders” should be called popcorn chicken. Not worth the money or time. Never returning here again.

I arrived to the store before they stopped serving breakfast around 10 minutes before but they took around 12 minutes just to get to the front and take my order I told them I arrived before they stopped selling breakfast and Cristine preceeded to tell me “so what” in a very rudely and disgusting attitude I am sure this message would not do any changes but being treated that way is not right no matter how you see it. I didn’t even ordered anything after that I was just not in the mood to get insulted and humiliate myself to get some food. I know how these complaints work they go to the supervisor and then to the GM of the store. So i am sure they are not even going to talk to Christine about it.

Don’t get combo # 7. The bread is not like the one on the picture, the meat is very flat, and it’s just overall not good. For the price, I should have gotten the burger from Applebee’s. Now, that’s a good burger.

Was refused service, arrived around 10:20 pm. The door and the website show the store close at 11:00 pm the person in the drive thru said they are closed. Lights on and everything. Not surprised with the type of reviews this location has.

I met Carl’s Jr son at the NE EP location. He challenged me to try the California double cheeseburger, and if I didn’t like it, it would be free. I am still eating California doubles at the N Mesa location, and when in California I go to In-N-Out burgers, but also to Carl’s Jr, the quality and value stacks up well.

I ordered at the drive-thru yesterday after 3 p.m. and I got food poisoning. I got the angus burger with guacamole and bacon, the meal with a raspberry tea. I also got jalapeño poppers the 6 count. I felt queasy after I ate but the entire night and morning I’ve been throwing up and using the restroom…I feel horrible…
