This Carl’s Jr. For some reason makes everyone wait in the parking lot no matter what you order. We just want to get our food at the window, and drive off. And if they forget something, you need to get out of your car go inside and get it. They always say so they can make something fresh but I’m just not understanding the logic behind it. It’s pretty annoying to be honest. The one on 119 doesn’t do this neither does they by I25.

I love the fried zucchini at Carls Jr. And for some reason I got served luke warm soggy fried zucchini last night!!! And tonight when I asked for an extra tomato and extra mayo on my spicy chicken sandwich…that was too much to ask!!!! No tomato, no extra mayo… disappointed!!

90% of the time they cannot follow directions about how to make a burger with specifications. When your order is correct it tastes great. However it is every inconvenient for everyone when I have to check my order before leaving every single time. I am unable to expect anyone sent to check my order with the care that I do; so unfortunately received a meal that was not edible once brought home. Please focus on each order. I know some of the staff there do great, let’s try for that with everyone, thank you.
