It was hard to enjoy my food when they allowed a patron to bring her dog in AND put him on the table to walk around and sit on it. I do not understand why the patron wasn’t corrected immediately! While I do not have an issue with purple bringing their pet into the establishment, putting it on the table is highly unsanitary.

The Carl’s Jr. That I visited on Cleveland was the best Carl’s I have been to by far for a long time. The GM, Tayler Barraza goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers. I’ve witnessed it on several different occasions with other’s and myself. That store is the cleanest Carl’s I been to and believe me I won’t eat at a fast food place if it’s not clean. Tayler’s staff is very well organized and that does not happen unless you have a great GM. The food has always been fresh, appealing and tasteful. I have visited this location before Ms. Barraza took over and the improvements that have been made are amazing!! I would refer anyone to go to that specific location over any I have been to.

I had a number 11 – chicken bacon ranch at the carls jr just off of crossroads and I 25 at 2 pm this afternoon that was horrible. The chicken was less than 1/3 the size of the bun and was like chewing shoe leather. It looked like an over cooked chicken nugget. I used to love going here for lunch but not any more.

This a good one. Yes it’s fast food but it’s hot and fresh. The store is getting along in years but it’s maintained well and comfortable. Fixtures are clean and inviting. I’ve never been disappointed in any items I’ve purchased there.
