Ordered breakfast this morning, only to discover the biscuits on all 3 ordered items were bone dry and stale. The crew there seems to be new and it took a while to get the food, which is fine, but when I took it back the shift leader, Henry, was rude as F about it. I asked three times about getting a milkshake with the refund money, so I could leave there with SOMETHING. He ignored me all three times, put my money down and walked away.

This place is a wreck. The inside is always dirty, the drive thru is always lacking any kind of hurry. The food when I get it tastes like it has been microwaved. They always make you park to bring out your food, because they do not want their stats to go higher on long service times. This place needs a major overhaul. Never coming back.

Overall, I don’t expect much from a fast food place. I went here tonight and paid in cash. I didn’t get my change back, even after I told the cashier at the drive thru window, he told me to “hold on” then gave me my drink. When I got my drink it was only filled half way (medium sized drink). Once I got my drink, the guy at window very abruptly told me to pull up front. I sat in the parking lot for 10 mins until I finally got my food. I won’t be going back to this location.

They charge 1.00 for ice water. This place is ran by kids and they take forever to get your food to you. So if you dont mind low quality, slow response times and a general I dont care attitude, then you’ve come to the right place. Just make sure you clear your full day schedule for one meal, as it will take all day to get your food. Beware, this place is at the bottom and most likely will stay there.

What a disaster. Breakfast on a Sunday morning in the drive thru. Ordered 2 breakfast grilled cheese with sausage meals. Confirmed 3 times while placing the order we wanted sausage. Confirmed receipt said Sausage meals while we were waiting as it just seemed like something was about to go wrong. Waited 15 minutes. We were first given someone else’s order -the other customer and I corrected the error. When we got our “correct” order the sandwiches had bacon, and no hashbrown coins for either of our meals. Crew seemed very confused and lost. At least they didn’t mess up the orange juice. Don’t go here.

I’m one of the few people who still really likes Carl’s jr, but this place is so hit and miss, especially at night. I just paid for a double western bacon cheeseburger and they forgot the extra beef patty and gave me the wrong size drink so not super happy with this one. I live right next to it but frequently just stop at another one so I can get what I want. Ironically I actually order the western bacon cheeseburger because I like all the stuff on it and I don’t want to have to ask for no lettuce or no pickles or whatever but I still somehow get the wrong hamburger.
