Ordered a cheese burger kids meal and this is what they gave me as cheese . A small triangle piece . I was wondering why the lady came out laughing and smiling walking fast. I called manager and he seemed completely confused saying maybe they ran out … no regards to give me another burger with cheese or refund. Won’t b stopping here no more.

In the midst of the chaos that is Love’s Travel Stop lies this Carl’s Jr. They have a drive-thru but it can’t be trusted. Do not drive away without checking your bag, they have you pull forward (this is a dirty Drive-Thru Timing trick so corporate thinks they’re keeping fast time) and if you ARE missing something you have to go back through the Drive-Thru or walk inside. My Charbroiled Chicken Club was bland, had ZERO SAUCE. Whoever was making the food tonight (5/11/23 @ around 3:45pm) messed up/did not care/lazy. The woman at the window offered sauce and then never put the sauce in the bag. Onion rings were fresh out of the fryer but the rest of the food was cold. Just don’t go here. Lol
