This place is sadly struggling a lot. I went through the drive thru from what I saw there was 3 workers. I waited thirty minutes in the drive thru line. My sandwich I had to take a picture of because they didn’t give me the top part I got two bottoms instead for my bread. I cannot believe I waited that long for my food but also I was stuck in the line with no way of getting out. I asked to you my fries and I still got the original. When I paid I asked for sauce and the girl sounded like she heard what I said and smacked the window which I assumed she was in a hurry. When I got my bag handed to me I didn’t think to check my food and I was afraid to even mention the fries I didn’t want to wait any longer. There was none of the sauces I asked for so I waited for another person to come to the window. All in all the service and the food and the timing all a big big mess. Not recommend at all due to terrible service and the food not made right.

We always go to this Carl’s Jr., it’s close and convenient. They always tend to be slow but usually the food is good. This morning we picked up breakfast burritos in the drive thru. There was only one car in front of us, it wasn’t busy. Hey we sat waiting for our food for almost 10 minutes…just for it to be cold. The whole burrito, has items and even my sons French toast sticks. Cold and gross, I had to warm up my burrito. Very disappointed and not worth the price.

The building isn’t terrible, service was good, but the food wasn’t the normal Carl’s Jr. Fries were soggy and the burgers were slapped together without effort. In a convenient place by the Mall though.

I ordered 2 a1 double herself sandwiches, priced on the drive-through board at $3.49 each but they charged me $3.99 each and wouldn’t refund the extra money at the window. I come in 3 days later and the manager wasn’t real enthused about founding me the dear and change saying ” I haven’t gotten around to changing the signs” well bud, do your job and when you don’t, don’t act like I’m putting you out when I ask for the difference back. it probably cost me that much just to make a special trip in to get the refund , but its on principle. theres a whole lot of other fast food out there that I won’t have to watch my receipts for when I order food.

There is a guy there, I believe a manager named Jeremy. He is VERY creepy. Flirts and harasses me every. Single. Time. I know he does it to other girls. He’s very creepy about it and gets in your bubble. Avoid the milwaukee location if you’re a female. He makes me SO uncomfortable, to the point I leave shaking because it’s so persistent. No longer going there.

Good food. Very friendly staff. Much better in my opinion than the one up off overland by the Edward’s cinema/walmart area. We all had the bacon cheese burger and fries. Bacon could have been a little crunching, but over all good. Again,the staff was great.

Customer services is very lacking. Disrespectful and inconsiderate of customers. Closing off bathrooms 30 minutes before 8pm closing n blocking off most of the dining room. Rude employees. Seems no one want to do the job they were hired to do.
