I consider three stars average and five stars are reserved for exceptional. I seriously doubt Carl’s Jr would ever reach a five-star level. However, I also consider how a place compares to other Carl’s Jr locations. This one had a dozen fries on the floor under several tables. Tables were messy and or dirty. Seating was uncomfortable. Service was okay. Cashier was neither friendly nor rude. The burgers were tasty and cooked well.

I will say, I’ve always been a fan of Carls Jr. And I have been going to this location for the past couple years and have always been satisfied. BUT, as of recently my last couple experiences going to this location have been horrible. Today I had the most driest burger I have ever had in my life. Hardly any condiments (ketchup/mayo), and the tiniest slice of cheese. I had to down it with my drink that was mostly just ice that I finished in .2 seconds. I would advise to stay away from this location considering the lack of care that they put into their food. I normally don’t write bad reviews and i tried to give this location a couple chances, but being dissatisfied and disappointed multiple times I felt the need to express my frustration.

I went through drive-through ordered a medium fry. I got my medium fry but it was half full and it was like they had it sitting out for 30 minutes threw it in the oil for a few seconds, and then served it to me. I went back to ask for a refund Kevin started start going off when did you come in 15 minutes ago? Kevin was swearing. And he is just has no customer service

Never coming back. Bought 15 burgers with some friends and the guy gave us 3 bbq sauces when we asked for some. Then when we asked for more he said he has to charge us or we’d have to buy something else to get another sauce. Seems like they were too busy talking with friends rather than serve us. Love Carls Jr. But never EVER coming back to this one.

I hadn’t been to a fast food restaurant in quite some time and I felt drawn to go. I am glad I did. The young man who was handling the drive thru and the front counter was very attentive, he apologized for the delay as he was attending to a customer in the drive thru who was a little slow in ordering when my wife and I arrived. His way of handling it made you feel welcome and as if you were a valued customer. I highly recommend this Carl’s Jr because of customer service and experience.
