My only concern was that the tables in the kid area were mostly dirty. Maybe they were having an off day staying on top of the table upkeep, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt.

Was given the wrong sandwich, had to return and get right one. Both were hot and very tasty, but it is annoying when you order ONE ITEM and drive away, only to find out its wrong when you take a large bite. Annoying further that they threw their mistake in the trash, rather then offer to give to me for the time and trouble of returning.

Absolute trash straight from the drive thru. Ordered a shake to say the least it was soup it wasn’t hot enough to melt 3 blocks from where I got it! Once again thought maybe this carls finally got better boy I was wrong and they needed to show me! Pretty sure they mixed water and Oreos to make said shake. Total disappointment please save yourself the time from this store they haven’t learned how to prepare actual edible food.

So I have come to this location alot. When Cristina took over the store felt like it got better. However in the last two weeks this man by the name of Willie has really impressed me since taking over the store. I remember he was my favorite person to make my meals. I know he took pride in his work then and now as the Man in charge he is extremely impressive. In the trenches with his crew, teaching people as he runs around them making sure everything is going as it should. Oh and when he speaks to his customers he is always smiling and interacting with them like a manager should. I just want to make it known that this young man is exactly what you should see when you are at a resturant spending money. I will be coming back here everything I want a burger because they are the best.
