This location has such nice employees and the Beyond Burger is absolutely amazing! It can be fully vegan if you ask for no cheese and no mayonnaise! They were so accommodating and the food was delicious! One of the best plant-based burgers I’ve ever had and their French fries were fresh and perfectly salted! One of my new favorite places! You have to try! My boyfriend got the California burger and said it was absolutely fantastic as well!

I wish negative stars were a thing. Literally the worst fast food service I have ever had. Come to the drive through and waited 10 minutes for her to take my order. She gave us our drinks that were basically just water, at the moment we weren’t gonna be those people that complained. As soon as we pay and receive our drinks she makes us park. She parked 2 others cars after us. The guy next to us after 30 minutes went in and asked what was going on. He came back and we asked him what they said. They were prioritizing DOORDASH ORDERS. We sat there with no warning or any update for 40 minutes except for by another customer.

Yikes the lady at the drive through with brown hair & dirty long nails & says she’s in charge is a nightmare! She’s complaining about all the customers & we can all hear her going off to other employees. Ugh she’s just a hot mess & doesn’t have any shame. So beyond unprofessional. She messed up on our order & we waited for SO long & there was only one person inside & one other person in the drive through there was absolutely no reason for her bizarre behavior & such a long wait.

Poor service. Only offered us a medium or large size not knowing the combo price on the menu was a small, therefore being charged more. Cold food because it sat too long before it was brought out to us. The employee telling us they close at 9:00 when we still had 20 minutes. Employees in very unprofessional clothing and contuously going outside to smoke…very unappealing!

Worst experience I have had with a fast food company. Went through the drive thru and asked for the chicken start meal. Didn’t clarify whether it was kids or regular. As we ordered an addition item the drive through employee complained about us ordering food and the fact that she had to make milkshakes. I will not be returning. Regina is rude, and I don’t recommend coming to this location. If I could zero stars I absolutely would.
