As soon as I got to the window he was just as great. Great people are hard to find. If all of you corporate giants don’t give him a raise or level his position up you’ll lose a great employee! Judge me but this Carls Jr is always awesome. We come for my son to get the chicken stars and the customer service is always great. People are extra kind and it throws me off. Since we usually only get the chicken stars I’m not sure of the rest of the menu, but maybe one day I will report back!

We went through the drive-thru around 9:00 tonight and whoever is working the window/intercom is AMAZING! I sadly didn’t catch his name but he was soooo incredibly patient with our complicated order! He was very polite and our food was SUPER fresh, like the freshest it can possibly be. I know first hand how awful people can treat fast food employees, and I wish this guy the best, he’s doing a great job, and he’s very kind, I hope you all value him like he deserves ❤️

Extremely slow and Worst customer service ever. I was waiting in the drive thru for 15 min while the cars in front of me weren’t moving at all. I finally got up to the speaker to order at 10:00 on the dot and they refused to even take my order saying that they closed at 10 (not to mention google says they close at 11). I tried to explain I had been waiting in line for 15 mins and the employee screamed at me telling me he refused to take my order. Will tell everyone I know never to go here.
