Order my sandwich without cheese or mayo. They still put it on there. fries are somewhere between cold and warmish and soggy. Why can’t you just make the sandwich right? Either I have to sit there holding up the whole drive through to check my order. Or drive around check, and then drive back through and wait another ten minutes for you to make it right. Pretty much defeats the purpose of fast food.

This location has a big sign on the front advertising buy a burger, get a second for $1, but when I went to order it the staff replied they didn’t have that promotion anymore. The service was also very slow and unenthusiastic…which I know – it’s fast food so the bar is on the floor but at least pretend to care.

Just left this location and will never go back! I asked for the 5.99 cheeseburger combo that is posted all over the building. Ordered it and the lady told me it was 7.99. I said fine as I upgraded the soda to large.I got my order and found no fries. No big deal I just told her she grabbed my bag and told me that I should be charged for the fries. I asked why? She said I got a large drink. What? I paid for it. She said next time I would be charged for fries. Even though it comes with them. I tried to get her to explain but she said it was my fault for upgrading my drink. Get your stuff together. We are in there every day as we work across the street. We are done we will go elsewhere.

This location is a joke. They supposedly open at 6 am, but everytime I’ve came to this location they’re closed. The first time I figured okay they’re behind it happens. I just tried coming here again and they’re closed. It’s 6:25 am. Get it together carls jr. Oh they also have someone sleeping on their sidewalk by the door.

Right across the road if the lobby was open I could get a lrg drink for 1$. A med Cherry Coke cost me around $2:50 and the cheapest on the menu is $3.99, I sware they used to have dollar burgers. The lady helping me was totally too serious, robot like. No smile no laugh. However she did take 10% off of my Med. Coke so that was nice.. Guess between the lady at the counter, reminded how police officers communicate,, the depressing music in the lobby, the high prices and the fact I have to go use the bathroom it was all good. I am on the burger of giving it a 1.

This location is relatively new, and has done a great job staying clean. The employees were friendly and pleasant to deal with. My order came out quickly and with the use of coupons that I got in the mail, I had a decent burger, chicken tenders, and cross cut fries at a pretty good price. With out the coupons I probably wouldn’t have tried as many menu items, but it was still close in price to other fast-food chains.

Awful! This place is hit and miss. I’ve figured it out mostly. Monday’s, Tuesdays, fridays their biscuits and gravy are great. Half the time they aren’t even open by 8:30 a.m. today my biscuit was harder than a rock and tastes like flour or baking powder! I’ve tried calling and they have horrible customer service and you can’t go back to get things fixed when you have a job. It’s not like I get breakfast and go home. For this place being so new they need to do better and get better with their consistency! I don’t know why I keep going back thinking it’ll better this time… ‍♂️ ‍♂️

And the bacon is COLD too wth… the bun is hard too … I try to call and talk to somebody but nobody answer . The worst part about cold food is the long wait ! More than 10 minutes ! They can’t no even make something fresh??? That’s why this place is always empty !
