Ordered a Big Carl combo and a shake. First, the shake was ridiculous (see photo), so I said something and he told me now they weigh all the shakes to a limit of 8 oz, so cheap and penny-pinching. Then, didn’t realize they forgot my sprite till I got home. To top it off, fries and burger were cold, and I only live a few minutes away. Such a joke!
