Best Carl’s location in/near West Valley for late-night pick-up. The closing/night shift is always super friendly. Never had an issue with order quality or accuracy. Service was very slow this time around. Not sure what was happening that day but we usually have nothing to complain about. Every place has a bad day, and I am going to chalk this experience up to that. I won’t stop going to this location but I am hoping for a better experience next time.

Dirty, slow, rude and food that sat under the heat lamp for at least 25 min was attempted to have been given to me. Eat at your own risk. I mean that. I am not uptight or snooty and don’t mind eating at dive joints and love mom and pop shops but a corporate store for a national chain in this shape??!!! GTFOH!!!
