The manager is incredible here. When I tried to use a coupon from my phone she just said oh I have a better one here for you, and then even stacked another one on for us as well! The food all tasted great, I can’t believe I didn’t grow up eating Carls Jr. The food did come out a little slowly, but after just a couple minutes of waiting the manager came out again and explained that she just hired this new team and they are a little slow but doing the best they can, then offered us free shakes for our wait. She was so pleasant and professional. We will be coming back more often for sure!

I have been working here for about two months now and… I’ve had the best time. I work with wonderful people. I’ve worked in fast food before and… This is the best team I have ever been apart of!! We have a very strong crew at Carl’s Jr. Maria is the GM and she is patient, Understand, and a great role model for her crew. She’s very encouraging because she tries everyday to make that day better than the day before. Everyone I work or have worked with is amazing!! I’m excited to go to nights and work with new faces. Tables were not wiped off, seats were dirty, soda was warm unless you had ice in it (which I don’t like because it waters it down). We originally were planning on eating in the kids area so the boys could play. It was cold, the floor was sticky, none of the tables were clean, and the play area looked like a kid threw up in it and it dried….. SERIOUSLY?! Who wants their kids to play on something like that?? I’d rather take them to a public park, and it’s RAINING outside!

Food was great staff is good. One soda fountain was out of ice and the Dr. Pepper tasted watered down and was extremely warm even with ice. I will say in general I miss the days before Covid when napkins were available at every table.

I went there at the beginning of the week for lunch. I was very hesitant because I went there 7 months ago and it was a mess I waited a long time and the people were rude. But when I went there this week… Everyone was amazing!!! Those girls got the food out fast and it was hot and fresh! If you only have 30 minutes for lunch I recommend you go to Carl’s Jr. on the south end of Logan. The service was amazing!!!

The burger was ok, but the patty was small, and the fries were cold . There was also way too much mayonnaise on that bun. They took less than 5 minutes to bring our food out because the place was empty, and that’s probably because it was literally 65° in there . I don’t think I’ll go back .
