I came here to order breakfast and as always am well pleased with their service. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating to my requests. Thank you very much! I highly recommend this carls jr! However lately, the staff has been parking their car in front of the drive thru to block traffic. This behavior is unprofessional, lazy, and blocks the company from making money. I recommend correcting this behavior.

There was 1 person in front of me in the drive thru and I was there more than an hour waiting for my Chicken BLT. I ordered crispy… NOT BURNED. I was only able to eat half of my $7 sandwich ! Stopped on a family vacation to get gas. The woman at the gas station part was very nice!!! However, when I went to order food for my children no one even acknowledged us. After counting 5 employees I told my kids let’s go. Very poor customer service NEVER going back!!!!
