Did a whole order, with multiple sandwiches and the the drive thru person said ok after each item, and when we went up to the place, the said they couldn’t hear anything and we had to repeat the whole thing back to them, are you serious -_-.

Disappointed… Is a privately owned franchise so not the same deals and menu as other Carl’s Jr., The staff was incompetent and could stay off their cellphones to do their jobs, no manager! The food was horrible no BBQ sauce the owner operator tells the works to cut costs the staff explained that to me. Never will return. Sad day when Carl’s Jr in Mexico is run better and more efficient than in the US!!! I will boycott going back to anywhere that does not hold to the standards of what the parent company does. Sad because of where it is located in Douglas that the quality is not as good!

The food was good and the employee at the register is awesome. The issue is they advertise their app everywhere, but it does not work. It just doesn’t detect a restaurant in Douglas which means I have missed out on so many points. Also if there is any issue the manager is never there.

They are supposed to be hiring but despite being an American company in Arizona, USA they won’t hire you if you’re a native born U.S. citizen who speaks English. They are racist against white Americans. As soon as I asked the lady if they are hiring she asked if I speak Spanish which was inappropriate, then said they weren’t hiring and hung up the phone. People need to learn English before coming into my country if they are going to act so disrespectful and disregard the 14th amendment.
