The food that we did receive was good. I ordered a breakfast burger without a bun and I was prepared to pay the $7.00 for this item as I ordered it. However, I got cheese, 4 hash rounds, egg, bacon and ketchup. I didn’t get the actual hamburger patty so I’m disappointed about that. Otherwise like I said the food we did get was good. Plus the line was way more reasonable compared to the line at McDonald’s down the street.

Ordered the new El Diablo burger as a double. This poor excuse of an attempt is what I received. I will not be coming back to this Carl’s Jr. again. Extremely disappointed compared to how excited I was for this.

Desperately in need a remodel and modernization. The staff are somewhat courteous though obviously unhappy. The two employees (drive through and front counter ladies) at the counter were arguing about something and were bitter. The employee making the food was frustrated and vocal. One customer asked for a refund due to the amount of time it took to get her food. Confusion reigned in the restaurant. There were 8 people in line who came in gradually over 10 minutes and they did not even acknowledge them. The atmosphere of the restaurant and overall experience will prevent me from coming back. I’ll wait to eat at a Carl’s Jr. until I am in another city like Tucson.

This is the only location in Sierra Vista and every time we go there it is closed early. The web says 9:45 PM and the window sign says 10:00 PM. I went to the restaurant at 9:23 and all the lights were off except the OPEN sign. I knocked on the window to point this out. After being ignored by the cook cleaning the kitchen, a woman came up to the window from the back and told me they closed early because they were slow. They are a franchise restaurant and should not be closing early all the time. If they don’t want to work till their closing hour, they should get a different job. This is an inconvenience to the community. Stop closing early! Some of us don’t eat until later in the night.

I’ve reviewed this restaurant in the past, but I feel I need to add more. I went in last night and the computers were down/rebooting. This is the first time I’ve ever been in a fast food restaurant where the cashier was proactive and just wrote my order down and got it made quickly and efficiently. There was no waiting for them to come back online like I’ve seen at other establishments.

I can’t quite put my finger on it, but there’s something not good about the food. Do I get the charbroiled taste? Yes. But, does the burger taste like that Famous Star you remember from your teens? No. The quality just isn’t the same. I can, however, say that the service here is better than at any other Carl’s Jr. I’ve been to before.
