If i could leave 0 stars i would. Place is terrible, especially to work. They promote laziness and tardiness, over hardwork. I have no idea how they are still in business.they have no business running a business. They opened up the new location and spent all this money on training and having other store managers come, but didn’t get the turn out they thought they would, so employees get next to no hours..

I have had great experiences at Carl’s Jr., but this experience was less than stellar. The food was great….I had a burger and Sid had a chicken sandwich. The good food is always consistent. The problem arose regarding the floor in front of the counter. A sticky soda had been spilled and not adequately cleaned up. The entire floor was sticky from the counter to the wall dividing the counter and the dining area. I mentioned this to the Carl’s Jr. Representative taking our order, but she just laughed and did nothing to rectify the problem. Unfortunately I was wearing my pink rubber clogs, which became a sticky mess too and was collecting every spot of dirt I came in contact with. I had to take my shoes off to get in the car and then after arriving home I scrubbed for 45 minutes to get my shoes clean again. This is an experience at only one Carl’s Jr. and is not the norm.

We received our sandwiches with so much mayo that it was unedible. Nastiest sandwiches we have ever received from anywhere. I called the store and the supposed manager was rude because I told him it was inappropriate to put a whole tub of mayo on our sandwiches. He said why is it inappropriate and I said seriously in a elevated tone and he threatened to hang up If I raise my voice. Wow really he hung up anyway not allowing me to voice my frustration after spending $60 on my dinner. I will never eat there ever again and after serving my country and dealing with people I have never been so mistreated than at that moment. I hope others stop eating there as well as to not reward people for bad behavior.

Terrible customer service. Raining hard, no one ahead of me nor behind in the drive through line. Told to move forward. Suggested I remain that we remain under the rain cover by the window to keep the employee, me and my vehicle dry as it was pouring down rain. Told no, “move forward now, you are screwing-up our timer”. I pulled forward. Total time to get a small fry and two burgers – 14 minutes from receipt time to the delivery. Drove home, opened food – fries covered in salt, burger – same. So salty we couldn’t eat the food. Tossed in trash. I intend to call the national number and provide this story. Just horrific experience – never again will we spend a penny at Carl’s Jr.

Employees are rude tell you leave when entering door. Mess up your order then tell you they don’t care. No eggs on breakfast sandwiches. Best one ask for LG. Coffee get charged for lg but only receive med cause that is all they have now. Customer comes last with these rude inconsiderate employees the manager hires. Employees smoke dope at the back door and share with customers.

This place was clean, the lady at the counter was nice, even brought the food to the table for me. I ordered the #16 , it’s the best deal in town, 7 bucks for a double cheeseburger, and a spicy chicken sandwich, with fry’s and drink, it even comes with a cookie!! Good job Carl’s Jr. for staying fair in this greedy market!
