$40 for 2 adult and 3 kids meals. Had to wait at least 15 minutes in my car for the food. My kids never received their fries with their kids meals, just chicken nuggets. The lettuce in the adult sandwiches was bad. We had to question whether our chicken sandwiches we even good enough to eat after touching it. Just pass it for McDonald’s up the road.

I love the extra sauce on my burgers, and the tenders are to die for. Crispy but tender. Always giving great service. Very respectful friendly managers and food servers. I suggest you eat hear. Love they have it open 24 hours now it helps with the midnight munchies. Pricing is pretty good compared to other restaurants. Great environment for kids.

I’m not sure how this works. I arrived first. I was told to park in the sun and wait for my order. The two vehicles behind me in the drive thru, get their orders. Before I have to walk in and ask for my order. This go park and wait seams a policy. So much for fast food!

Huge. Rip. Off. We are done. Very overpriced. In drive thru we ordered 3 5-piece tenders and 1 3-piece, total 18 pieces. We got “17” pieces. All were small. Only 8 or 9 were reasonable size. Rest were small, like pieces that fell off a larger tender. 4 were nugget sized or smaller, and almost no meat just breading. 6.79 for 5 pieces, and you get this nonsense? Called and fax machine answers. Was not able to speak to anyone. Terribly disappointing. They’ve fallen so far….

I ordered at 1:17 pm. I did not receive my order until 1:35 pm. That is because I finally said something. There were people there even longer. Those people told me that the store manager was there previously and giving out refunds and just walked out.

Just moved out here 2 years ago second time ive been here. The first time waited 20 minutes for cold food. Not kidding 20 minutes. Decided to give it a second shot. 26 minutes for cold food and none of the condiments i ordered. Bye carls jr. Never again

Came in the door at 5:35pm. No one came to the counter or even acknowledged the two groups of customers waiting to order until 5:40. Customer in front of us orders. Wait again. Order placed at 5:49. Drive thru and curbside orders are prioritized to the point that we didn’t get our order in hand until 6:22. There is no where near enough staff for a busy Friday night. All four workers are running around like crazy and still the service time is insanely long. What’s the point of fast food if I could have gotten quicker service at a sit down joint? Lost almost an hour of drive time waiting for our food. Unacceptable. At least a sit down restaurant will give you some idea of a wait time. We definitely would have gone somewhere, anywhere else if we had known they were so backed up. Never again will we stop here. Oh and they were out of napkins. Run to the car to get back on the road. Dig into the bags. Extra sandwich no fries or onion rings. Burgers cold because they sat so long in the not warmer. SML
