I happen to really love Carls Jr. but when I got my food today I was missing my Large fries and I only had 3 onion rings in the box’s. I am so irritated. After a long day. This was the last thing that I needed. I called and the phone just rang. No voicemail to leave a message to anyone. I am a understanding person but at them I got there there was only 3 people behind me and I was at the window and they still took forever to give me my food. The girl at the window was new and I understand that she was polite. I can’t even get my hard earned money back. SMH terrible

just nasty ! the meat gives me trypophobia lmao so many dam holes in it looks nasty ! Food stays cold , fries stale and sodas be tasting like it stays in bags before serving in machines , lack of staff and longing wait for food to be done and you can tell food is made poorly or rushed because of sloppiness

I rarely ever complain or post this kind of stuff.. but, I ordered a medium #1 with NO onions (allergic to them). Got my meal.. fries definitely weren’t fresh and weren’t filled much.. but the complaint is that I had multiple onions in my sandwich. ‍♂️ They weren’t even busy, in fact, I was the only person there. Unacceptable, especially with me stating I have an allergy to it. My receipt even says “NO ylw Onions”.. yet, there they are…I’d post pics as proof but, this review doesn’t offer that option, even tho I see others with images. ‍♂️ Not returning there. Do better.

Came here for lunch while at work today. The girl at the drivethru window was friendly. I got a single #9 combo with onion rings instead of fries. The burger was okay, it was kinda cold within a minute or 2 of leaving the drive through which is odd. The onion rings were inedible. Not sure if they were old and fried again for my order or just very burnt but the one I bit into broke apart like a potato chip and tasted bad. After looking at the rest I realized they were all bad. 2/5 stars because the drink was okay and the cashier was friendly. Food is 1/5.

I’m really not sure why they have a drive-through. I pulled up. There were no cars in front of me or behind me. I placed an order and was told to pull around the front and wait in front of the building. I sat there waiting for eight minutes during my lunch half hour. I finally went inside and asked the girl for my sandwich. She then turned around to the other workers, and started talking about me in Spanish. Unbeknownst to her that I can speak Spanish, and I answered her in Spanish. I did get my sandwich but I’m not sure why it’s a 12 minute to 13 minute ordeal for a drive-through that is supposed to be for fast food. Plus I had to go in in person anyway, so defeated the purpose of me going through the drive-through.
