Waited at the speaker for almost a minute before anyone ask to take my order, ordered large fries and large coke. One car in front of me, when I pulled up to window young person gave total and took money handed me fries and said nothing else. Pulled off to eat fries they were cold as could be, since I waited so long figured they would be hot. Tried calling no answer and keep calling as I went back thru the drive thru and speaker person hold please. Told them what happened pulled up they took the bag of cold fries and then I waited again until they made hot ones, meanwhile the workers never said a word to me, not a sorry not a hello not nothing!… Very Bad Service at Rainbow and Cheyenne

If you go to the one on Loosee Rd thecservice is always bad (I went to this one because is the only one close to me but I usually don’t go anymore) but the one on South Rainbow and Abry is very good; the Workers are very nice and I still love the burgers and fries and my son loves the chicken sandwiches and Stars.

Horrible place for food. You first order your food and then wait as if it’s the dmv for 15mins IN THE DRIVE -THRU!!!!! Let me add there was only one person in front of me. And they said they were busy… I think the fat chick was eating on the job. DO NOT EAT HERE !
