I tried the chicken taco salad and it was good, but you need to eat right away because the bottom gets really wet from all the veggies and salsas. Also the lettuce could be better it was lunch time and it didn’t look that fresh. Good mix of flavors.

Just picked up a famous star, sandwich was literally cold. Very surprised this Carl’s Jr. would actually serve a cold burger. Clearly the team member selection or training has gone completely down. Extremely disappointed and don’t feel like driving back over there this late. Ridiculous.

I ordered the French toast sticks ( they are advertised as two for 5) which I’ve ordered before and never had an issue. Whenever I asked why I was being charged 5 dollars for each the lady at the drive through proceeded to argue with me and back up the line for 5 minutes. She told me I had to say exactly that I want the deal. Even though I’ve never had to do that before. Eventually she charged me correctly , but why was I having to argue over something that your business advertises. Absolutely ridiculous and rude behavior.

This location has very shady business practices. This location has buy one spicy chicken sandwich and get one for $1.00 extra. I asked for six and was charged full price. When asked the employee (Roni) he told me I need to ask for them to apply the advertised price. In other words, he’s saying if i don’t really look at what they’re changing me, they will charge whatever they want. I need to impress to the public, this is not a coupon I’m taking about, it’s they’re advertised price!! This is not the first time this location has done this to you. Imagine going to the store and paying full price for everything you buy if you don’t remind them of everything it’s on sale at the point if sale?
