Less than one star. I was just there and I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru. 2 cars in front of me who were there way before me and were also waiting for a while I am sure. Luckily nobody was behind me on drive thru, I got out and parked and went inside to ask for my order and the lady says “oh I was waiting on something” she never asked me for my order.

Modern Day Construction

I Just experienced the worst customer service ever from a young man named Alex in the drive-thru 2-7-2023. His customer service was alarmingly rude. It is very frustrating because I go to this Carls all the time. This will be my last time ever visiting this restaurant on Avalon and Albertoni.

The food was great however during my visit, I had asked about the restroom and the girl Carolyn, or Carolina that was taking our order had a really bad attitude. My husband asked if the restroom was available and she very sharp said, no, no and the look on her face was just horrible as she continued to say no. My husband then said, “okay you didn’t have to to look like that and keep shaking your head.” She then said, “well,”. I then asked her was she having a bad day? She then said very sharp, “No!”. This girl was very, very, very rude. I told her I would make this review and she shrugged her shoulders and said so! This was the worst Carls Jr I have been too and will never go back again. The food wasn’t fresh either. The outside looked unkept.
