Much fresher and better tasting meat products on burgers. Better presented. The waffle fries are the best, as well the jalapeño poppers. I come here every week and get the Beyond Burger and fries for dinner. It’s my favorite vegetarian burger anywhere, and my favorite fries, too! I have a very particular order and the workers are awesome and always remember me and my request. There’s actually another Carl’s Jr. that’s closer to where I live, but I like the service so much here that I drive the extra 15 minutes.

I went to dine in yesterday and this is how I found my sandwich half way into biting it! This is the most disgusting thing ever, took away my appetite completely . Everyone who orders here any chicken sandwich just always double check whenever you bite into it . Money spent was not worth it at all .

I’m in disbelief at the actions of the general manager of this store. Before placing my order I went to use the bathroom and she turned off the lights in the middle of me using it. I almost fell and injured myself because I couldn’t see since I have trouble seeing in dark lighting but it was pitch black. I went to place my order and I asked the lady why the lights turned off and the general manager then stepped out and said she turned them off because you’re supposed to place an order first and because homeless people go in there. This is not ok putting your customers at risk simply for using the restroom. No apology or nothing I can’t believe it. This behavior can get people injured and potentially can cause a lawsuit. This is not ok. Will be reaching out to corporate.

I waited over 15 minutes in the front of the restaurant for two burgers after being told to park in the front from the drive thru. This was unbelievable as I saw at least 6 cars after me get their orders and I was still waiting. This may have been a bad day for them because they’re usually in to of it.
