The restaurant’s atmosphere is pretty chill. Clean. However, I stood there waiting for SOMEONE to take my order. The manager was helping someone who was difficult. I did back giving the manager time to finish with the lady. Another customer came in on a wheelchair and asked if I was waiting, I said yes, and I yielded my turn to be polite. Another cashier came in and helped the wheelchair lady. She was done, and I STILL stood there waiting. The manager was done with the difficult customer and ignored me waiting.

I sniffed Bacon coming out of Lowe’s so I headed over to the nearest place which turned out to be a Carl’s Jr. Ordered the Bacon Beast double Patty. Hit the spot although I took off one star because the patties were just not as tasty as In n’ Out burgers fresh never frozen patties. Might just be me.

They were supposedly to open at 6 am , two ladies could be seen through the window chatting away. We drive off and then we saw one of the ladies looking to see if we drove off. I asked my husband to go back I got off knocked on the door and the lady told me that they were still closed. I then stated your hours of operation show that you open at 6am she said oh well come back in 10 minutes we’re still not ready. That was at approximately 6:17 am. We also kept calling and they never answered. . LAZY PEOPLE!!!

The food is great! You can never go wrong with a delicious, freshly made, double bacon cheese burger. Carl’s JR has been one of my favorite places to eat. Prices are a bit more expensive. But when you compare to other burger joints by far, this is a great choice. I have never been disappointed with their food being so flavorful. Waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru with no response, then decided to proceed into the establishment at 6:08 only to be told it would be another 10 minutes for them to get ready. I told the employee that the establishment is supposed to be open at 6:00 and ready to go and that I would be reaching out to the corporate office but the employee just shrubbed shoulders and walked away from me. No more of my money will go to this establishment.

I went to Del Taco on Long Beach Town Center on Carson St. It was a few minutes past open time. Another gentleman also parked and was waiting with me to enter. I was hungry so I walked to Carl’s Jr. just a few feet from Del Taco, and the man said –“I wouldn’t go in there. That place’s environment is pretty bad. Trust me in this one”–; I didn’t go inside.

I work for Carls Jr 8 years ago with the district manager side by side visiting every store checking our food quality and employees, but this is unacceptable everything was cold the pattie, looks dark and dry the bread was smashed and the onions rings look like; was cooked 5 hours ago and they just put the leftover this is really bad employees environment and for the price that people pay is a nightmare.
