Update since my last review: Avoided this restaurant for a long time bc of the lack of condiments but my children insisted. This time I asked first whether they had condiments and was glad to hear they did. For this visit we dined in, and I have to give credit where it is due: This location is clean. Expensive but the quality of good has improved since my last visit 4 years ago. The food was hot and the french fries were shockingly fresh. The staff was polite and quick. From what I could see of the dining room, it had been regularly cleaned as had the indoor bathrooms. A simple burger and fries and drink will set you back well over $10 but that’s the way things are nowadays. At least the quality has returned to near what it was back in the day when Carl Karcher was still running things. And since most locations now are franchised and not corporate, that is truly saying something.
