Drive through was exceptionally slow considering I was the only person in line at 7 am on a Sunday. I could see the cashier chatting with another cashier as I sat for about 6 minutes. Not super slow in the grand scheme of things and the food delivered was hot, so 4 stars!!!

Normally not crazy about this chain, often ghetto ish or bustling. Last night though, it was a rather pleasant exchange with the only staff member at the counter. Even a homeless patron, who just ordered, was quite pleased too. Either the server was exceptional or lucky us. At the end, there was some confusion whether the order came with a drink or not, she was patiently sorted it out with me. And the vibe was calm and peaceful for a brief stay!

Gotta say this, the sign shouldn’t say open 24 hours if it’s only the drive through (drive throughs typically don’t fit commercial trucks meant for OTR but thats not their fault.) Not to mention that the signs on the doors say “dine-in 6 AM to midnight.” Yet I go to grab breakfast after my delivery at CTI. And at 6:15 AM (maybe a few mins earlier) the doors are still closed and locked. 7-27-23

Horrible manager on duty. 4-11-23. Wouldn’t give name, denied my service and said only 2 cheese biscuits could be ordered. What? And then proceeded to tell my wife and I incorrectly that she had lectured us yesterday. I’ve been there 3 times in my life and not in 9 months! She’s screaming at us- DO YOU WANT YOUR ORDER? Umm no, just your name. She says- why do I have to give name? You police? You boss? Unbelievable, don’t waste you’re time here.

Polite but sad service. Was told that the “2 for special” displayed on the sign wasn’t going right now….until i asked about the french toast specifically. Also, not even taking multiple payments for my coworkers (cash, card, and more cash) that I couldn’t get more than 2 biscuits at the advertised price, because I’m just 1 customer I guess. So of course I go to the taco bell across the parking lot. They let me buy whatever was actually on the menu for the crew. Actually ridiculous because I abided by her rule and went back to the car and got cash for the rest of the guys. Bad service, bad policy, and false advertising. Sad when a bunch of construction workers can’t get a biscuit for the advertised price. Oh well. Have a good one yall.

Mabel is the best employee because of his service of the EBT , I didn’t had my EBT card but a picture of the card number so I ask him if I can purchase anything with the card number an he said yes so I purchased my meal with out the card , and that’s great that he knew what he was doing he looks clean an sounds clean much love too you !
