This 1 star review is not about the workers or food, but the FRANCHISE OWNER. $4.71 for a spicy chicken sandwich? 9.98 for 2 sandwiches is a rip off. I’ve went to Different Carls Jr’s on august 7th & it has always been $5.51 for 2 spicy chickens. It is so wrong for the franchise owner to double up on sandwiches like that especially during these times. What a rip off. Not worth $10… not the workers fault or anyone making the food just the owner or whoever runs this spot. A spicy chicken is not worth $4.71 I remember back in the day when it was $1.00 for them.. STOP OVER CHARGING.

This is the best Carl’s Jr in the Chino area. I love coming here for coffee and cheesecake, the place is nice and clean. All the employees are friendly and helpful, and they treat me like a friend, specially Daniel and Maria.

We used two coupons of the same. We didn’t know we couldn’t and the employee who helped us was new and didn’t know either. As they delivered our food to the table, an older lady whom I can only assume was a manager approached us and said next time we can’t use two same coupons. She made us feel like we intentionally deceived the new employee and not to mention that she made him feel embarrassed because she said that in front of us. I think she needs remedial training in customer service and employee relations.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was just warm. Employee says they have a lot made because everyone likes them. So you won’t get a freshly made one. There sitting in the warming tray.

Got a chicken and waffle breakfast sandwich, and a monster breakfast sandwich. Food was good, nobody in drive thru, took a little time to have food prepared, but it was prepared after we ordered it, was fresh, so wait made sense. Staff were friendly and took care of order promptly. Would come here again. Easy enough to get to location, close to freeway.
