There has been a sign posted. No fountain drink available, unless you get it by busy cashier taking care of drive thru or the walking line. So you wait in line again. If you are on your lunch break, you’re better off asking for water. And no refills.

I order on my Carl’s Jr app and I went in to pick up my order I order it 15mins and when I got there it still was not ready I hear the manager tell one employee it was not even busy until u went on break In my mind I was like okay do I ask then why is my order not ready… the manager had on gloves at the same time touching money and register and headset as I was watching him not once did he take off them glove to put new ones on. He went back to the kitchen and started put hamburger together touching everything he made my food I was so grossed out they gave me my food and sadly I just threw it in the TRASH

I’ve worked at a restaurant long enough to know the difference between something on the side and not at all. So when asked for the side they put the wrong side and they gave me barbecue sauce on the side even though I never asked for it I asked for the onion rings on the side for the western bacon I didn’t understand how the manager seem to get that wrong odd to me but okay first time I’ve eaten at this one in particular but I’m good.
