First off what is the status to reading the order back to the customer, so that the transaction is correct. Secondly what the point of coupons if the enployees try to pull a fast one by not applying coupon. I worked for this company 30 plus years ago and the standard daily procedure had not changed. My father worked for CKE 35+ years. He believes that a CKE job is alll about customer service. I can tell you this a secret shopper would of killed this store based off the experience today. I dont want anything free, just make sure that every guest get the true happy star experience. Im just very disappointed with workers are not probably trained. It all starts with the Franchise owner to the DM, GM, and finally to the daily heros that makes this place great.

It was a good burger. I got the famous star and it was 6 bucks. Everything was good with it but not for 6 bucks. Make it 4 Carl’s and we’ll be good. Overall the service was good and restrooms were clean so not a bad spot.
