Customer service was excellent actually. The burger was fine, fries weren’t salty enough or hot enough as we had eaten there to kill some time. I am not one to complain about fries though because I don’t really care for them but eh. Table we chose was dirty so had to clean ourselves, why not choose another, well it was the closest and several were the same with crumbs or hadn’t been bussed so. Now with that being said, customer’s are nasty y’all need to bus your own tables. It is NOT their job to clean up after your nasty butts. If your momma, daddy, auntie, uncle Jimmy, grandpa Eddie or whoever didn’t teach you to have respect for yourself or others I’m hear to tell you to check your privilege at the door and wipe up YOUR MESS! It is NOT THEIR JOB! So gross. I don’t know where this thought process came from that people think just because someone works in the food industry or customer service means they are to fully serve you. Um no! Yes I did bus my own table before and after I sat down. Show some respect for these workers who have to deal with rude disrespectful people all day. – from a non service worker….

The onion rings were burnt & hard as rocks, they got my special order wrong. After getting home I had to return to ask them to fix it. The guy at the counter told me that’s how the onion rings always look! They didn’t apologize or offer me a free dessert for my inconvenience. Just got out of the hospital and my family took me here as my first meal. We all ordered a big Carl, chicken stars, breakfast sandwich, chicken sandwich, California classic and fries. My lettuce was brown and soggy my fries were old.. overall not good. Called to let them know and he wanted us to bring them back because he checks all his supplies and pretty much were lying. Just getting out of hospital and having two kids… Im not going back.. but to the manager that had an attitude and lack of caring what you serve, I’ll attach photos.I suggest everyone check their food before you eat or don’t go to this Carl’s Jr. .

Horrible service I ordered in Uber eats tonight got home after a long days work ordered 5 tender Parmesan meal and I got plain tenders cold tender and cold criscut fries I called the restaurant supervisor lidia answered the phone I explained the error made she did not try to fix it didn’t even apologize I told her I want my refund said she can’t do anything I need to go the next day and request refund from store manager this restaurant needs to train their supervisor better

Worst Carl’s in Chula Vista. Frys always lukewarm. Restrooms, one closed the other dirty. Employees look as sorry as the restaurant.

I have not been in this eatery for a long time due the Pandemic. Today’s visit was a good experience; food was hot and fresh, good sense of Hospitality, and the place was super clean. Manager Raul came to my table to check on me ….. He was nice and professional.
