I went to this location, Sunday April 30 at 1 pm whit my family, it was a young skinny guy, really rude, he drop 5 combos in one single bag, like if animals is going to eat, I never said the order was to go, he just put our bag on the table and turn back, when I went to ask for tray, he was upset and answer whit really bad attitude, also I missing a small fries, when I told him, he was complaining and asking for a proof.

I really appreciate great service from young folks in fast food places (gosh, I’m getting old). I stopped at this location the other night and the gentleman that helped me was very polite and personable (I believe his name was Ray but his tag was a bit faded), and was hustling to do his job. The young woman that was working the drive thru seemed to have the same attitude. The food was good (if Carl’s Jr could figure out how to get their bacon crispy, I’d be in trouble) and the restaurant was clean. The service is what prompted the review. Keep up the good work.

I love Carl’s Jr. Buti can’t ever seem to eat here because their schedule is not what is posted on Google. They always close early and I show up at 9 and the drive thru is already closed. So who knows if the food is any good?
