Food was very veeery disappointing! Ordered the 3 piece “hand breaded” chicken, and look at the trash they served me. Fries were super cold when I got home(I live up the hill from Carl’s Jr). I was the only customer in the drive through, so I’m sure all the food was sitting there for a while. My burger buns were straight cold. Everything sucked

Food was fine. Service however is something else. I’ve been coming to this same place for years, and maybe it’s a new younger staff but when I walked for military/veteran discount a young lady told me she could not because “we don’t do military discounts on combos”. I’m sorry, what?!? Then what do you give a discount on. If this is true I can’t imagine any other fast food drive thru place that has this same policy. I hope it was just her being 1. Lazy or 2. Didn’t know how to do it on the register

Place is super clean & decent…however I lost my appetite due to the service provided by employees, they do multi-task duties, I paid my food, then I tossed out in the trash…you can tell the work environment is really miserable…first if all, offer decent wages, benefits no matter, then hire genuine people with positive attitude…this is just my humble opinion( ask IN&OUT how they do with pretty much every aspect on business

Wow. I ordered a Double Western combo and the burger was dry, tasted like it was under a heat lamp for quite a while. The burger was luke warm at best but the kicker was the fries. I upgraded the combo to a large and received what appeared to be a small order in a large box. I feel like I was robbed especially at the prices being charged. Avoid this Carl’s Jr if possible, they appear to have no pride in what they hand out to their customers.

Today’s visit to Carl’s Junior was a bummer. The cashier Anna Marie needs some customers service skills and she should give a receipt to every customer when I asked about salads she was snotty we don’t carry solids I said I saw it on the website well we don’t carry then I asked for what kind of deals are going on she said we don’t have no deals. The order was wrong I didn’t order cheese on my number one just the whole thing in general was bad vibes we will make reviews on thank you guys
