DON’T ORDER THE LEMONADE! If you order a lemonade here and ask for light ice, you’ll receive a cup that’s shorter than an iphone with 2 full scoops of ice. Your cup will appear to have 80-90% ice cubes, and filling in the crevices, you’ll find so little lemonade that you’ll wonder why you paid more than $3.00. When your disappointment is overflowing more than the cup is with ice cubes, you’ll learn that there are no refills.

Always such tasty food, unfortunately they never listen when I (a vegan) ask for no mayo, no cheese, on my beyond burger. Idk if it’s just hard to hear me or what. They have corrected my order before when I decided to go back through the drive thru, but I often times just say “F it” and go home. Please try to listen carefully because at that point animal products are already used and it ethically doesn’t make sense for me to ask you to just throw that one away just to give me a new one.

Asked for a guacamole bacon burger with no onions and was given onions and no guacamole. The fries were old and stale. I also asked for ranch and was given 10 packets of ketchup. I hate to complain but no part of my order was correct.

Tried this location once with 3 other friends. Myself and one other had an item with bacon, and the two of us got incredibly sick after. This location’s food was the only common factor between us. I’ve been to other locations countless times without any hospital trips. Might wanna skip this one

Couldn’t leave ZERO stars. Yes I understand what the entire world is going thru and I have worked in customer service and in the restaurant industry my entire life, so I get it! I went thru the drive thru, when I paid, she kept telling my card was somehow declined but kept trying and it finally went thru. Then when I was waiting for my food, she kept getting my order wrong and not giving me my entire order so I had to keep asking for the food I ordered. I was still waiting and she gave me a look like I was in HER way, I kindly asked for my onion rings in which she grabbed then attempted to throw into my car, which then missed. She then told me that I was at 11 minutes and if I needed anything I had to go back around! As embarrassed as I was, I drove around attempting to go inside and speak to a manager. The door was locked, and now my sick toddler and I were waiting outside in the rain. Finally someone comes to the door and asks us to wait outside while they get the manager ♀️ 35 minutes and $40 later I get home to eat some gross, cold, soggy food.

Horrible horrible service twice. First time, they closed an hour early just because on a Saturday night a week ago, and we had 4 hungry kids in the car… then the second time when we were in the drive thru everything we ordered the guy taking the order kept laughing and asking “is that all”, “is that all”. Then we felt so rushed Trying to order for our family of 6 we got nervous and had to settle on did we didn’t want and paid $80!! Everytime we ordered something, the employee said he was out of it and laughed. Im extremely upset and if there wasn’t a line behind us we would have just left. The worst service. I want my money and time back!

I lost my voice so I had to pull up to the window and give them a written order and they were so very kind! The guy at the window took the time to print out the order for me before charging me to make sure that everything was correct and even asked me simple yes or no questions so I wouldn’t have to further hurt my voice. Very considerate and the food was really good.
