This location needs an intervention, I was there on 8/29/23 I ordered a 3 piece chichen tender in the drive-thru I paid then they told me to pull to the side no cars in front of me only 2 clients inside, I waited for 10 minutes and I had to step out of the car the food was just there sitting I asked the manager to cancel the order because I said this supposed to be fast food and she just looked at me with the look IDFAF.. so I told her just cancel my order then she took an extra 8 minutes to do that purposely.

We were on our way home in Orange County. There was literally nothing good about this restaurant’s food. We ended up throwing away most of it, which we never have done before. The buns were so old, they were dry and falling apart. The hamburger meat want like Whittier, CA meat at all. My husbands chicken sandwich was just plain gross. I’m not sure how a restaurant we like turned into nothing but disgusting. So disappointing.

Super clean, very friendly staff. Place feels a bit cramped, but that’s hardly anyone’s fault. Just makes me feel bad for the staff! Still, they do great with what space they’ve got, and the food is up to par with every other Carl’s Jr. I’ve ever been to.

I WOULDN’T even bother going here…. Unless u enjoy putting up with STU***. UNPROFESSIONAL employees like “Ladena”. I don’t even know why she’s still even working there, she has the worse customer service skills. She’s rude and even puts verbal fights with with anyone. I stopped going there even though I live near by , I rather drive and get my complete meal right and great service!
