They charge for everything including having to give few items requested given 2 napkins and only one ketchup for a family of 3 over all I brought a super cheeseburger combo that the hamburger didn’t have 2 meats just one and large that I couldn’t order due to insufficient supplies. Most importantly the restaurant is disgusting no proper cleaning on the table and seats. I would advise never come here

This restaurant has the most unhealthy unhygienic employees pants falling, picking up pants and serving food smh. Made my order wrong and added lettuce on my western combo. I don’t recommend this specific location.

Lynette the GM was there and the store looked clean and she was really training her staff on customer service. This place is usually dirty and super slow service. Today was different. The store was cleaner then i have seen it and The GM was training her staff the best way to do business. Like redirecting one of her staff members to take our order before dumping the trash. She let him know that the customer should be helped first then the clean up happens in between helping customers. Hopefully the training sticks. This time they actually had ranch. Most of the time they state they are out of ranch. Today was a good experience overall.

Sadly, my experience here was typical of today’s fast food industry … drive thru was the priority while I waited at the counter. Was told someone would help me soon. Drive thru took a couple more orders and then started a conversation with someone in back. The industry is doing it wrong, there is a better way, this isn’t it :/

The general manager at this location is a RACIST!!! She degraded my mom who went into this location today for not speaking English. She yelled in front of her entire staff and told her she needed to learn English, that “in this country you need to learn English” my mom tried obtaining her name to put in a formal complaint to the district manager and she refused. When my mom turned to the other staff to obtain her name, they all looked away in fear. My dad went in hours later to try to speak to her and obtain her name for the corporate complain and immediately she became aggressive yelling at him, saying “you’re a man, why are you approaching me??” while waving her finger in his face. We have a recording of her being extremely aggressive and have staff members who are witnesses. During this conversation she informed that she had contacted regional managers herself but we think this is a complete lie. I will be contacting Carls Jr. corporate, the regional manager, and a lawyer to present a lawsuit on the basis of discrimination. I will also be contacting local news outlets to warn the Latino community about this RACIST establishment. One should never be discriminated for being a non English speaker and I will not take this as a slight incident.

Literally the worst drive thru I have ever gone through- never have anything thawed- chicken or anything breaded?- attached is the LIST LONG of things they didnt have available on a Tuesday night? This is a constant issue with this location- when we finally were sick and tired of everytime we go there nothing is available- the girl at the window didn’t seem to care whatsoever and even gave us attitude when we asked why they never have anything thawed? We refused to order- the drive through line had 2 cars and took about 35 mins to get through (without any food since we were stuck between 2 cars) RUDE EMPLOYEES, AWFUL SERVICE- no corp phone number either just a typical chat bubble. Will NEVER go to this location again.

I went through the drive-thru and the guy taking the order was rude and short on his responses. When I pulled up to the window to pay I sat there for a couple of minutes before he opened the window. After I payed and got my drinks I was asked to move the front and wait. As I was waiting the car that was behind me in the drive-thru pulled up next to me. He waited for a couple of minutes and recieved his food before I did. I waited for another 5 minutes until I had to go in and asked where my food was. My bag of food was sitting on the counter waiting for my burger to be finished. As I was waiting I heard the guy tell the car in the drive-thru to pull to the front and wait. They make you move to the front so it seems like their driv-thru wait times are good. From the time I ordered until the time I finally got my food was over 15 minutes. Plus it was $30 for a burger combo and chicken strip combo, and I asked for a large fry and they gave me a medium. I will never go back.

This place is terrible. The owner needs to get his fries together. Always out of food, ice, CHICKEN….ALWAYS CHICKEN and machines down/ no service . Oh and they dont give you a cookie in the kids meal like all the other locations . Why do i keep coming here? Bc i live close by. Kill me with Mcdonalds i guess. Find me at the McDonalds drive thru where theres a carcinogen sign . The employees are nice and apologetic so there you get 1 star.

Ordered 5 spicy chicken lettuce wraps and 2 lrg fries. Guy at the window was very polite. It took 28 min for us to get our order and we were the only customers in line. We got home and the lettuce is a single leaf on each side instead of the traditional 2 or 3 leafs. There was sooooooooo much mayo on them that it felt like you were eating just mayo. The leafs were soooooo old and had a rubbery texture. I called the number on this but there number is out of service. Going in tomorrow morning to address this. Fries were AMAZING THO 🙂

Went there in the morning Wednesday March 22nd. The girl at the window was Renee and she was the most polite person. She would be someone that I would think you would want to retain and probably promote to train others on how to do customer service the right way. I told her that she should be proud of the way she grew up and when she saw her mother she should tell her mother that a customer told her to tell her mother that she did a good job raising you.
