I really enjoyed the customer service here. Everyone greeted me with a smile and my order was taken right away. When i walked into the dine, it was very clean and everything was organized. Not even 5 minutes passed by when my order was already brought out to me. It was fresh and very good. I recommend trying the diablo burger it is very good. Man… Carl’s has been my favorite for a long time, this was one of many sad outings at this location over the last 6 months and I’ve had enough. Come on Carls.. roached, refried dried out, cold chicken and zucchini, “no ranch or house dressing available” … man, whoever running quality control here needs to be fired.. much better options around the corner. It hurts me to write a review like this about Carl’s, but I keep it real. When I reached out about this experience I was ignored.. so will this location next time I want to spend 40 bucks to feed my family.. go elsewhere ppl.

Whoever was working at 11:15PM on 6/13/2023, in the drive thru (a male who sounded overly tired) was extremely rude and responded to every question in a lethargic manner. Acting like he’s being bothered by customers trying to make an order. Definitely needs customer service training or probably just a new job.
