For several months, the customer service at this location was terrible. The people serving the drive-thru window in the evenings were unfriendly and would even shut down a half hour before store hours were over. I stopped eating here for some time. Recently, a young man by the name of Alex (I think) has been the shift lead and things have been much different. He has a great customer service attitude and quick with a smile. He is a great addition to this restaurant and y’all should make sure you do what is necessary to take care of your quality employees because He is the reason I continue to come back to this location.

The dining area at this location was extremely hot. The temperature behind the counter must have been very different, as they were wearing light jackets. When I notified the employees of the temperature they simply said “I know”.

Let’s be real, This was the worst fast food establishment I have gone to. The place was dirty. The staff was incompetent to a shocking level. There was one person on staff who even knew what the promotional burger was and the backstaff took 3 tries to make it for me with no alterations. The place was visibly dingy. I could hear arguing at the drive-through and in the back. Threw my son’s food out after I saw my burger. I recommend caution when eating here.

This particular location has never bowled me over when it comes to customer service. They keep the restaurant and bathrooms clean, but I rarely get eye contact or a smile from the staff. At least my orders are almost always spot on.
