Horrible experience today using their drive through. Went to order the burgers and fries. When I drove up to the window to pay. While waiting for the food, the server said “Move up, Move up!” I drove up only to find no one to give me food at the end of the drive thru lane. I went around and got in the drive thru line again since I was in a situation where I couldn’t get out of the car. Waited another 30minutes to finally get back to the drive-thru window. And I saw the server passing out my food at least a couple times to the cars in front of me, where the customers checked inside the bag and returned back to them. When I got my food I know it was looked into by strangers several times. It’s absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in any drive-thru.

These people butchered my order. I ordered a Beyond Famous Star with no mayo and no tomato, add mustard. They got the no tomato part right, but apparently no mayo and adf mustard meant dump a bottle of mayo on it, oh, and add cheese to a burger that doesn’t normally have cheese.

I would give Zero stars but have to settle on one. Horrible service I had to honk and wave down the girl for my drink, and again for my straw. Not realizing my drink had no ice until I had a drink ‍♀️ food was cold. All around no bueno!!!

Been here a couple times and was satisfied with my service. Management and staff all seem pretty nice compared to a lot of places where they don’t make the effort to really greet you nor seem happy to work there. Thank you Jessica for asking how my day was going as I wasn’t having the best day. Your kind and encouraging words made me feel better going about my day. Will be back.

I ordered the beyond burgers which I normally love. But this time it was horrible . The patty was burnt and dry and the lettuce was old. The onions were raw even though I asked for grilled and it had no pickles and barely any ketchup or mayo! To top it off the guy who took my order was rude and had no social skill! Last time I eat here!

this review is long over due. I am a regular customer I always appreciate the friendly service all the cashiers are very kind and helpful but there is a manager “Martha” very rude, doesn’t listen to your order. A very nice young lady (most likely young teenager) was taking my order when she rudely interrupted her and was trying to talk to her when she can clearly see she’s taking my order. And in such a rude way too, almost yelling, I noticed the poor treatment she gives her employees in those 10 mins I was there and I can’t imagine what goes on the rest of the day. People like this should not belong in a workplace.
